Our Philosophy

Robyn German Phillips

Robyn G. Phillips is a visionary and goal-oriented executive with extensive organizational leadership, program management, and professional learning expertise. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Blaque Forest Creative Group LLC, Robyn brings nearly two decades of experience in youth development and adult education. Her consultancy

Robyn G. Phillips is a visionary and goal-oriented executive with extensive organizational leadership, program management, and professional learning expertise. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Blaque Forest Creative Group LLC, Robyn brings nearly two decades of experience in youth development and adult education. Her consultancy focuses on supporting educators and professionals who guide young people, providing strategic coaching, content creation, and program development to foster academic and career excellence.


Robyn has held numerous leadership roles, including Deputy Director of Postsecondary Access at The Urban Assembly, where she designed coaching models and professional learning communities for over 20 schools. Her strategic planning and implementation expertise have shaped programs that emphasize college and career readiness, making her a leader in the field of postsecondary success.


Her educational background includes a Master of Education in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, both from the University of Maine. Robyn is a dedicated advocate for racial justice, career pathways, and education equity, serving in various leadership positions within professional organizations such as the College Access Consortium of New York and the National Career Pathways Network.


In addition to her consultancy work, Robyn is a sought-after speaker, having delivered numerous presentations and workshops on postsecondary access, resilience, and family engagement. Her educational contributions have earned her recognition, including the Distinguished Service Award from the New York State Association for College Admission Counseling.


Robyn is committed to creating innovative solutions that drive academic and personal success for both educators and students, leveraging her deep expertise and passion for making a lasting impact in education.

Through a process that involves questioning, thought sharing and feedback, we help you to unlock the answers in your own context. Most include the following steps: Establishing, Identifying, Strategizing, Support and Closure. 


100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist. But this isn't therapy --
